In 1967, this Credit Union began with a simple idea: bring people together to help one another reach their financial goals. We started as Carolina Collegiate Federal Credit Union, a member-owned financial cooperative proudly serving the University of South Carolina community.
Fast-forward 50 years, and we’ve grown quite a bit! In 2017, we became Caro Federal Credit Union, expanding our membership to include colleges and universities, healthcare systems, and select employee groups from Greenville to Columbia to the Grand Strand.
